I had a document review issue when I tried to withdraw some weeks ago. And I was asked to go through the KYC. I did very well to read all reviews and I did not find anything encouraging or anyone who had given a review that they had completed the KYC. I patiently and diligently went through the process. And after weeks of submitting all documents I was asked to withdraw.
